For those of you fuzzy on the details, this years' E3 event will start on June the 16th with exhibitions going on until the 18th. Is there any game in particular you are hoping will be announced? I personally hold onto the hope that Nintendo wil announce a new Animal Crossing game, either a sequel or something very similar to New Leaf. I also hope EA announce some upcoming expansion/gamepacks for the Sims 4. I'll probably be buying a PS4 later in the year so i'll be very interested to see what games are upcoming for that too. There's been rumours that Rockstar may announce a sequel to Red Dead Redemption!!!!...um but can't get carried away with rumours.

GTA V - San Fierro & Las Venturas DLC
Red Dead 3
Crash Bandicoot HD remake
New Elder Scrolls
Rockstar's Agent, which was first announced in 07!

I want either Mother 1 or 3 (or maybe both!) to be released in english, but I know that will never happen, so I'll be happy enough if they announce a new DLC character for Smash.

Dishonored 2 (or if not a sequel in name, just another game in the same world as it, with the same style and gameplay as the first) is one of the few, biggest things I want. With Bethesda having their own conference this time around, it seems like it has a fair chance of happening too! So I'll be super excited during their conference. Hopefully I'm not disappointed!

 hadn't heard about this. I'd like Rockstar to do another game in their Canis Canem Edit/Bully series, that was a great game on the PS2.

New Elder Scrolls

They haven't announced + released Fallout 4 yet, so I wouldn't consider this likely to happen for another few years/until FO4 is out, as FO and ES demand a lot of work from them. As much as I would like another ES now - four years since Skyrim this year!

Good games from Bethesda like a sequel to Dishonored and Fallout 4. Other than those two games, The Elder Scrolls can wait. Also is the new Doom being published by Bethesda?

I wish that rumour was true but June is very close now so I'll just wait and see.

Roy confirmed as DLC for SSB4 and more information on FE: If.

Yep. They have their own conference this year, so it seems likely they are going to be showing off numerous big name games otherwise a conference would be unnecessary. Fallout 4 + Doom really seem a given (I can't see them doing their first conference without either FO or ES... and FO4 should be next after Skyrim). Dishonored 2 would be the tastiest icing on the cake for me.

Elder Scrolls Online is probably Bethesda's current priority as far as Tamriel is concerned. A new Fallout isn't outside the realm of possibility, though.

My most anticipated title this year is Batman: Arkham Knight. The game is releasing a week after E3, so I'm hoping for some new features and gameplay footage being shown. However, I probably won't get the game until next year when the GOTY/collector's/legendary edition is released, or if the original drops in price.

I don't have a PS4 and never played a Team Ico title before, but I would love to see more of The Last Guardian. I remember watching the E3 trailer back when it aired in '09. I thought for sure they would announce or show something during last year's press conference, but now I'm thinking that if nothing is said at this year's show, then I'll assume the game is kaput.

I'm also wondering how Nintendo is going to handle the rest of the year now that Zelda's been pushed to 2016, and if they'll address their policies on YouTube (probably not).

I'm sure Microsoft will devote a substantial amount of time to Halo 5, and will probably answer any concerns regarding the problems the Master Chief Collection has had, and reassure that the new game will not be as problematic.

They teased us last year, but this year I'm expecting more Mass Effect 4 news, including a trailer. I'd be surprised if the game is releasing this year.

A title for the new Zelda game.

Sadly, Zelda Wii U isn't going to appear this year. :( Aonuma confirmed it a few weeks ago. He said that due to him and his team making new discoveries about what they could do with this game's vast open world, the game is being delayed and won't be shown.

Due to this and losing interest in SMT x FE after that abomination of at trailer for it in the April 1st Direct, there isn't really much I'm hoping to see. Just some cool surprises for the most part. Oh, but Pokemon XY's sequel/third version would be lovely. Hoping for sequels like BW got though. I'd also love a Galaxy-esque 3D Mario game, but we've definitely seen plenty of Mario already. Maybe a Wii U Luigi's Mansion?

Release dates for Bravely Second, Fire Emblem If, and Kingdom Hearts III. I'd be so hyped even if only one of those was announced.

If there's gonna be a companion to XY, it needs to be something that isn't just an extended version of XY. A 3DS can do so much, and I really want to see GF pushing the 3DSs limit and actually giving us a large game with lots to do.

Feels a bit early for an E3 thread seeing as it's still 6 weeks away, but whatever.

The one game I most want to see this year is a new Metroid game, especially a Prime style game on Wii U. Prime is just so perfect for the Wii U and would use the Gamepad so well that it makes me question why they didn't make one earlier (sure would've been a better choice than Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze). I'd also like to see a Classic style Metroid game on 3DS, but I want to see Prime on Wii U more.

Beyond that, I've been looking into Nintendo's studios to see what they could be working on, and this is what I came up with:

Pokken Fighters for Wii U
Animal Crossing for Wii U
Warioware for 3DS
Some kind of Mario sports game for Wii U
Next Level Games' project

There's probably going to be a few more than that, but I'm not expecting a lot of new announcements this year, certainly not as many as last year. The reason for that is that they have a ton of 2015 games to promote and a few 2016 games (Star Fox, Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Maker, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Devil's Third, Project Giant Robot, Project Guard, SMT X FE, Fire Emblem If) and those are probably going to take up most of their time. In fact, Nintendo stated that this year would focus on 2015 games when they mentioned Zelda wouldn't be showing up, so that statement would make sense if they didn't have much to show off for 2016.

Not really sure about Microsoft, Sony, and third parties, I don't really know them well enough to make an accurate prediction, but I do hope Microsoft is working on a Banjo-Kazooie game that actually plays like the first two.

Nintendo: Something, ANYTHING, about either a new Metroid game or a new Star Fox game. Both would be great. ALSO AN EFFING RELEASE DATE FOR BRAVELY SECOND IN THE US

Microsoft: Possible sequel / spiritual successor to Sunset Overdrive would be great.

Sony: Something new and creative. I feel like Sony hasn't brought anything new to the market in ages.

Star Fox is already confirmed to show up, a Wii U Star Fox was confirmed last year but we didn't really see anything of it. Metroid is a bit more questionable, we know that there's both a 2D Classic style and 3D Prime style game in development (which I'm guessing are for 3DS and Wii U respectively, that would make the most sense), but as of last year's E3 it's still in the planning stages. If we're seeing it at all this year, I think it'll be a short teaser, but otherwise we probably won't see it until next year.

I'm hoping on an XY sequel. Also, LOOOOONG shot, but something Golden Sun.

Probably hopeless, but I'm always anticipating another Trauma Center installment. 3D surgery. 3D autopsy. Make it happen.
