Gamespot have excellent feeds this year.

GameCube Cafe's was TERRIBLE last year. Half the time their server was down, the rest of it the quality was laggy, choppy and damn near unwatchable.

Following the Sony conference last night, everyone is saying that Gamespot's got the best offer, and since it's free for a 300k stream you can't really argue with that. (You can also download it free after the conference is done).

Eurogamer are also running a live text feed throughout the conference again like last night, interesting enough if you're looking for some written references for later - as far as i'm aware, no-one is doing any full transcriptions:
