Alex sat atop a tall building, scanning the streets for five people of his interest. He opened his laptop, and opened satellite pictures of the five.

He then closed it, and jumped down acrobatically.

Lance was acting crazy as usual, and was running around to get some coffee, which he couldn't get anywhere.
OOC: I modeled this character after myself.

Alex's iPhone buzzed and beeped. He walked into the coffee shop after Lance.

''Uhm, excuse me, do you have any coffee here?'' Lance asked to an employee.

The employee smiled, and held a gun over the counter. "Come with me," he said.

Alex saw this, and followed.

''Wha! What the! Okay. Do you have coffee for me?'' Lance asked.
OOC: Lance isn't only hyperactive, he's also stupid. What the hell did I create?

OOC: You, dah.

The "Employee" pushed Lance into a storage room. Alex slipped in behind the door.

''Hey! This ain't no coffee storage thingy! What the hell do you want from me?!'' Lance asked.

Alex quickly slipped in between them. "Ah...the kid. Let him be shot Alex, you have no choice," the man said. He held a gun to Lance's head. "These people must be destroyed." He pulled the trigger, but the bullet didn't hit Lance. Alex fell to the ground, his arm bleeding onto the floor. "Heh-heh, nice one Alex."

''What? You shoot somebody? WHo the hell do you think you are?!'' Lance said as he punched the man with the pistol.

The man shook it off. "Bad mistake," he said, winding up his fist. Alex again blocked the blow. "Go. Now!" Alex yelled, trying to get up.

''But... This man here just shot you! I can't let him shoot you again! No, I'm not going anywhere!'' Lance said upon punching the man again.

"GO!" Alex yelled, pushing him out of the room. He broke window with his spare arm, and ran out.

The man fired shots out the window, but none hit Alex.

''Uhm, okay. Lance away!'' Lance said before running off.

Alex walked out, blood seeping from his left arm. He opened a medical kit, and bandaged himself.

OOC: I have to go...I'll be back in a little bit.

''Okay... So, a weird man with a pistol shoots another weird guy... What the hell is going on here?'' Lance thought.

Darren drew a long breath, breathing in the fumes of his cigarette. He pulled it from his lips and rammed it against his leg, feeling the heat from the burning tip but not wincing even slightly. Darren always thought it was strange that he never even winced when a burning cigarette was placed against his skin while other people sometimes screamed in pain at it. He threw the cigarette butt behind him and turned to leave the alleyway.

When he was back in the street, he stretched and looked around. He saw a guy sitting in the street next to him, bandaging a wound on his arm. He appeared to have been shot. He walked over to him and knelt down.

"That looks nasty. What happened?" Darren asked him, the scent of nicotine wafting in the mans direction as he spoke.

Nick walked into the shop. "Hello. Lance and Andy right?"

''I would be Lance. Who are you?'' Lance asked.

A young woman walked amongst the streets, looking around the shops. She wasn't particularly interested in any of the merchandise, just browsing for anything that would catch her interest. While passing a dark alley, she was pulled into it by two large hands, one of which held a knife to her throat.

"Hey baby-doll, you an' I are gonna have some fun," he said with a cruel smile. The cruel smile dropped suddenly, when he looked down to see the woman's arm had become a larger version of the knife he had pressed up to her neck. He backed up to a wall, the woman having hit his lungs, and began to cough up blood before dying.

"That wasn't very fun," she merely stated, her arm returning to normal. The woman was a cyborg, designed for adaption, which involved the ability to adapt her opponent's weapons to make things equal. She then merely left the corpse in the alley, wiping off his blood and continued to browse.

Elsewhere in the city, what appeared to be a armoured young man with calf-length hair walked amongst the crowds. He got strange looks from passers-by, but ignored them. He was looking for something, as proven by his stopping to stare at a building for a few moments before carrying on.
