It's well-done. The shape and form look really good. It's just not very dynamic.
I have trouble with dynamic poses, too, so it's not a complaint. It's just probably why nobody has been compelled to comment. It's too good to make people want to give you pointers, but it's not "Holy shit amazing!"
*shrug* Keep at it. Drawing Pokemon stuff couldn't hurt either. Remember your audience.
