Easy exp

I'm trying to level up my dragonair to level 45 before i would like to start to ev train it.

So my question is....

Who is/are the best trainer(s) to battle for the best and quickest exp.

I've tried to do it with the E4 but its too slow for me and it took 3 tries for my metang to evolve.

And lastly i cant find any good trainers besides the salamance and dusclops wielding ace trainer just outside the resort area.

Any pointers towards the trainer with the stongest pkmn?

Which game is this? Diamond/Pearl or Platinum?

If it's Platinum, go to the battleground.

v.s. your rival with an exp share. it's a quick battle to get some exp

Go to Route 224, I guess. Or you could try Turnback Cave if you want to fight high level wild Pokémon.

And use a Lucky Egg to double the EXP.

Also, note that your Pokémon gets EVs in all ways of collecting EXP except using Rare Candies and using Day-Care, so you may want to use the berries 21-26 to reset the EV points before starting with the EV training.

i got none bar the sp def one but dont ev's stick when you level up?

No. But at level 100 they can't get any more (because EVs are only raised when a Pokemon gains exp. points in battle).

The lucky egg doesn't double the amount of EXP a pokemon gains. It just
increases them by 50%.
