Easy reference guide for templates on userspace?

I'm just wondering if there's an easy reference guide for making templates on the userspace?

EDIT: Also a list of templates such as favourite pokemon, User:Male, etc.

The parent category to that one holds all the tags. As for making a user tag, you can customize this one by entering certain bits of information into the fields. Study it for a while, and you'll figure it out.
