Easy ways to train?

Its hard to train pokemon after going through the game once already. Like if you're trying to train a new team or team-member, most people give them EXP.Shares and re-challenge the Pokemon League. That's kinda hard since they continually get stronger as you challenge them, and the first few tries are hardest, even with the team that won before. And its not like you can just fly back to your home town with them at the lead and go through the game again. Is there an easier way to train low lvl pokemon?

Huh? I'm confused. you can fly back to your hometown. And many EV train early on. And then jsut exp. share and E4 and Gym rematch till the pokemon reaches a high level.

yes, but they get stronger when you rematch them. And what if I want an online team that's different from my in-game team? How would I train all 6 of them?

He means, that you can't go back to your Hometown and replay the game(ie, fight ALL trainers and such) from the beginning once you've completed the game.

Anyway, on-topic, like Ryuu said, you can always re-match some of the trainers and the Gym Leaders. You might also try trading them to D/P/Pt and then leveling them up, then trading them back again.

For platinum
For DP

But yes, you are very confusing. I'm guessing you want to know where to train without beating the e4 over and over again and not at the battle ground, which should be the first place to go.

edit: wait, is this for HG/SS. In that case, its OK, to loe to the elite 4 if you store the money with your mom. that way even if yu lose, you wont lose money.

And the elite only level up after you fight Red.

Yeah, I'm confused... in DPPT, you just use vs. seeker.

pretty much any game really. I'm asking for an EASIER way to level up weaker pokemon.

There was never an easier way than going through the E4

What I do is, I trade the pokemon to some other game, level up, then trade back again.

E4. High leveled and if you ditch all your money ahead of time (which I do) your really have nothing to lose.

Also, I remember there was an item that could be found on wild Chansey that increased the amount of EXP you got.... Can't remeber the name, but you could try that if you're lucky.

okay, E4, I get it. but what if the first pokemon can't handle the whole e4 by itself? then your stuck with 5 level 15's or something. Also, trust me, I aint lucky.

Give your pokemon the right moves..... try the Legendaries(Rayquaza pwns every E4). Also, it isn't necessary to have 5 pokemon at the same time, try taking 2-3 every trip.

That's why you take one or two REALLY strong pokemon who can take on the E4 and one or two with exp. shares.

In platinum, go anywhere with an electric type and use Super Rod with an Exp. Share on the pokemon to train. You'll get about a thousand exp for each Gyarados. Doesn't work as well in HG/SS because most Gyarados are level 40 :|
