Currently, when a Pokemon is shown to learn a certain move at an earlier or later level in a later game of a generation or becomes able to learn it in ta later game of a generation, it divides the single window up into two windows, which show the changed levels along with different colors. You can see that with Generations I-V, it divides the different learnsets in a single generation, but for Generation VI, it instead displays the two levels within the same box, with no line or different colors dividing the two.
