Plot:

In the land of Pokemon, there was an island on the far northern shores of Hoenn, Eeveetopia. Eeveetopia was the land that was known for being inhabited by Eevee and its evolutions. The Eevee and its evolutions lived quite peacefully until the time came where each kind of evolution started to claim Eeveetopia as their own island. The seven eeveelutions; Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon formed tribes of their own as Eeveetopia was finally divided into seven different parts…

The Jolteon searched the island for months until they found a place suitable for their natures, Magnetic Fields. The fields became magnetic due to the buried magnet generators that went haywire during the past few years, causing the fields to be magnetic and create electricity from beneath the ground.

The Flareon searched the island for months until they found a blazing volcano that was filled with fire to strengthen up their defenses and forces, Mt. Inferno. The volcano was said to be active ever since Eeveetopia appeared on the world map. It kept erupting huge amounts of magma and ash every two months. Most of the time, the volcano erupted ash that could cover up the whole volcano in a dark cloud, making the Flareon that would live there became strategic in using the volcano’s natural eruptions as their own defenses themselves.

The Vaporeon searched the island for months until they reached the end of the island, Haven Castle, the abandoned castle that separated from Eeveetopia and then sunk into the depths of the ocean. The home underneath the water would suit the Vaporeon very well, making sure that they would still have a home underneath the water.

The Espeon searched the island for months until they found a huge tower that was being controlled with four colored gems, the Tower of Babel. The tower was very thin and was very tall. It was about a hundred feet tall, and for every twenty feet was a small field outside the tower that would suit the Espeon in launching Psychic-based attacks from the opponent. The tower was supported by four colored gems that powered the tower’s psychic abilities for generations.

The Umbreon searched the island for months until they found another tower that was on the opposite side of the Tower of Babel, Tower of Kratos. Similar to the Tower of Babel, the Tower of Kratos was a hundred feet tall, and has small fields outside the tower for every twenty feet of the tower. Unlike the Tower of Babel, the Tower of Kratos was powered by a large dark gem on the top of the tower that boosted dark and ghost-typed attacks during the day. During the night, the moon was the one that powered up the Tower of Kratos, making it a difficult place to battle in.

The Leafeon searched the island for months until they found a thick jungle that was always affected by the sun’s rays, Evergreen Jungle. The jungle had lots of tall trees and had an altar at the heart of the jungle. The altar is the one that controlled the sun. It can be used to make it shine brightly, giving the Leafeon enough sunlight to store, using it in battles.

The Glaceon searched the island for months until they found a castle that controlled the place’s weather, which made it winter all the time, Whitepeak Castle. The icy castle was previously a ruins when the Glaceon came in and decided to use the Castle to control the weather in the nearby surroundings, making the place have fearsome blizzards. Outside the castle was a field that had lots of snow, which was perfect for the Glaceon for them to practice their skills.

The Eevee had no particular ability or anything, so some of the Eevee just decided to go to the tribes they want to join. They just have to make themselves ready for the habitat they decided to live in, making sure that they would still live on the habitat, whether it’s too dangerous or not. They still need to practice severely so that they could fit the tribe perfectly.

Now that the tribes are all set, there is only one question left; WHO WILL OWN EEVEETOPIA?

Tribe Positions:

Head [needs 1]:​

The Head is one who will lead the tribe. The Head must check and approve any decisions made, and the Head will decide whether or not, they will follow all other orders or not. The Head can also make its own orders if it desires. The Head can engage into combat if it desires as well.

Vice-Head [needs 2]:​

The Vice-head is the one who will assist the Head in making decisions and approving them. The orders will go into the Vice-Head’s approval first before it could go and seek the approval of the Head. It can also make its own orders if it desires, but must be approved by the Head first. The Vice-Head can engage into combat if it desires as well.

Tribe Commander [needs 2]:​

The Tribe Commander is the one that will plan all of the tribe’s plans to attack other tribes. The Tribe Commander is also the one that is in charge of making sure that their trainees will stay fit and ready for combat. During combat, the Tribe Commander is the one that will command if the tribe will retreat or not instead of the Tribe Tactician.

Any assault plans that will be made by the Tribe Commander must be approved by the Vice-Head and the Head first before putting it into action.

Tribe Tactician [needs 2]:​

The Tribe Tactician is the one who will decide who will be put into combat and what will be their designated missions during combat. Tribe Tacticians must not be engaged in battles and they must be the one who will command the tribe on the field, making sure that their offenses and defenses are enough to protect themselves. The only thing that they can’t decide during battle is if the tribe will retreat the battle or not. The tacticians are also the one that can command some of their tribe to sneak up on the other tribes.

Any tactics designed by the Tacticians must be approved by ONLY the Tribe Commander.



Tribe healers
Tribe healers heal the wounded with medicen made from herbs found in though out the island they have little battling experience but are some of the wisest in the tribe each may have an apprentice to train in the art of healing.



Tribe Novices [infinitely needed]:​

The Tribe Novices are regular people who trains hard enough to protect the tribe from disaster, and the one who will be engaged in combat.

Personality: Spark is a friendly, happy-go-lucky and playful Jolteon. Some say he is inexperienced for their tribe head because of his childish behavior. He tries to be fair in making decisions for the life of his tribes and the life of others. He was made the Head of their tribe young, so he consults Vice-Heads for advice. He dislikes cruelty, which may be the reason he doesn't join that many fights. He also prioritizes the healing of sick and injured members before fighting. But one thing is for sure; he'll attack any tribe heartlessly if they gave someone major wounds.

Historical Background: Spark was born as a son of an Espeon and a Flareon thus named Red (later changed to fit his new tribe). His parents suggest him to become either one of their species. When the Eevee Wars begun, the commotion had split him and his parents at the age of two. Now that he was abandoned, a female Jolteon had found him and adopted spark to the Magnetic Fields. She had also trained him to become a fighter and hopes he would become the next head of their tribe since their present one goes to wars without thinking of any casualties.

From the time, he became the Tribe Commander, then the Vice-Head. When their leader had past away, Spark managed the throne of being the Head, though he is young. As the head, he wants to restore the peace of Eeveetopia to be a safer place for his tribe.

SMM Name: Electrify
SMM Description: Electricity from his feet scatters in the ground which makes an area completely covered with electricity, which paralyzes invaders. The area of effect of this attack only reaches for ten feet around him, but paralyzes all intruders inside the camp if used inside it.

SMM Name: Spark Crash
SMM Description: Sparks body turns into a bright yellow spark and can travel as fast as a Pidgeot. Anyone or anything that he had ran in his path will experience pain like Thunderbolt being used at very close combat as well as the blinding flash it creates. The attack has a disadvantage though. Once he had used this, it may take awhile to recharge his electric attacks.

Name: Lucario
Pokémon: Eevee
Tribe: Doesn't have one yet, is roaming through the land finding the best tribe.
Position: Not in a tribe yet.
Personality: Quick to judge, but trusts without good reason not to. Hates the fact it is an Eevee, wishes it was a Lucario, so chose that as it's name. Faster than regular Eevee or Eeveelutions because two of it's legs came from a Dragonite after an operation (see history).
History: Even Lucario doesn't know his own history, as a few days ago a sudden attack from many Spearow left it in shock and Lucario lost all of it's memory. All it can remember is that it wishes to be Lucario, and that it wants to find someone or a tribe of Pokémon pure of heart, like it's father, Suicune. (Was Vaporeon until fire, Ho-Oh, you know?)

EDIT: SNM: Sacrifice: Eevee cuts it's HP in half to make the next five moves it uses hit.
SNM: Destruction: Eevee destroys the opponent, however, Eevee's heath becomes one.

Thank you. Eevee is one of my favourite Pokémon.

Some suggestions you should change you first move to something relistic and second in this rp no one is to die but can get major wounds third it needs at least some sort of back round and explain why he is faster than normal eevees, but over all it was good and when you join a tribe you might want to change the name to fit the tribe (if you want).

Name: Eeon

Pokémon: Leafeon

Tribe: The Leafeon tribe or w/e it is called

Position: Head

Personality: Eeon is a youngish Leafeon, but he is very mature and wise. Kind of pacifistic, he dislikes fighting, but fights for the peace of his tribe. A quiet Pokémon, he dislikes a lot of noise, and may become snappy if he or is tribe is insulted. Easily holding grudges, he can be made into a very dangerous enemy. Still, if he doesn't like someone, he still respects them, and is a very trustworthy Pokémon. Sometimes, being the Head of the tribe may become too much, and so he becomes easily tired and usually puts the Vice in charge.

Historical Background: Eeon's mother was the Tribe Tactician of the Leafeon, and his father was the Tribe Commander of the Leafeon. Raised from a very young age to be mature and independant, he didn't become seperated from society and all of that. He still loved his family and friends immensely, and was very sad when his father died in a war against the Flareon. He swore from then on that he would avenge his father, and that he would achieve big, so his father would be proud of him, and this is where his hate of Flareon sprung from. Working very hard since his evolution into Leafeon, he started as a novice, and worked his way through the ranks quickly, and when the Head (his mother's father), passed away, Eeon was granted the position of Tribe Head.

SMM Name: Nature's Barrage
SMM Description: Eeon's eyes glow a bright green, and then the green parts on his body also begin to glow. Then, if there are things like trees, grass and leaves around, they will begin to glow, and trees will swing around, trying to crush the target. Grass will wrap around the foes, and then constrict their air pipes or stick them to the spot. Leaves will home in on targets, and become as sharp as swords, able to slice through a lot of things. However, when he has finished using this, he is left quite weakened, and it will take him a while to recover.

SMM Name: Nature's Shield
SMM Description: When Eeon uses this SNM, his body rises into the air, and he glows completely green. Trees will bend around him to protect him, grass will grow to form a shield above his head, and leaves will form around him, which are extremely durable, and it is quite hard to break through. When he is finished using this, he falls back to the ground, and is left slightly disorientated, which takes him a few minutes to shake off.
 
Name: Thrum
Pokemon: Jolteon
Tribe: Jolteon's Tribe
Position: Tribe Commander (if possible)

Personality: Thrum is an older Jolteon, blessed with a legendary patience when it comes to teach youngsters. Very brave and prudent, this Jolteon is the closest to a War Veteran that you can find. However, when pushed to the limited, Thrum tends to explode in rage, and it isn't as playful as the regular Jolteon. That does not mean he is rude, but his seriousness make him more of a loner because he makes other Pokémon of his specie afraid of infuriating him.

Historical Background: Forbidden son of a high ranked Flareon and a female Jolteon, Thrum was created by his mother and trained by the Tribe Commander he later replaced. Being educated among the Jolteons, Thrum had no problem in keeping his name and evolved eagerly into one of them. Since then, he proved himself in battle, rising in the ranks rapidly. His dedication to work, however, had a cost: despite being in age to, Thrum has yet to find a mate. Still, the Jolteon doesn't see to as worried as he should, and he keeps working very hard for his people as the Tribe Commander.

SMM Name: Thunder Spears
SMM Description: Thrum releases his stronger and bigger Pin Missile, enhanced with electricity. The missiles are very sharp, and each spear releases a weak/medium electrical charge that has a chance to paralyze the foe. Obvious drawback is that Thrum's spikes will be softened and he will be more vulnerable to physical blows.

SMM Name: Electrical Dodge
SMM Description: When being attacked physically, Thrum will quickly Dodge while sending a powerful bolt of thunder to the foe. Has a chance of paralysis. The obvious drawback is the exhaustion the double work causes, making Thrum vulnerable to all kinds of attacks.
 
LucarioAura- I put you on the list but if you want to stay a member you have to change your first move into something that could be a real attack done by your pokemon. Pokemon summoning anything at all is not reasonable. Look at the other made up moves to sort of get a idea on what i am saying
 
Name: Thunder
Pokemon: Jolteon
Tribe: Jolteon
Position: Tribe Commander
Personality: Thunder is usually easygoing, but can get angry and take down almost any opponent. Many of it's past opponents tend to stay away from him when he is angry, as he will release Thunderbolt's at anyone he doesn't like if he is angry. He will also protect his Tribe as fiercely as needed.
Historical Background: Thunder came from a town very far away from Eeveetopia, and fought many Pokemon on the way. Many of his past opponents will flee from him, if he is angry, as when he gets angry, Thunderbolts will fly at anyone who he does not like. However, if he is calm, it is usually safe to go near him, as long as you don't look threatening. Thunder is more playful than Thrum, and often play-fights with the younger Jolteon’s and Eevee’s in his Tribe, teaching them as much as he knows.

SMM’s:
Thunder Explosion:
When Thunder gets very angry, it can explode in a furious bolt of thunder. This will affect any other Pokémon in sight, even if they are in Thunder’s Tribe. This is very useful when surrounded by enemies, but Thunder gets very weak after it gets over. This attack also has a 50% chance of paralyzing other Pokémon.

Bolt Block:
When Thunder is being attacked by a few other Pokémon, he can use this attack to send out little bolts of energy to block the moves (if they are Special). It has no affect on Physical attacks, and can only block moves from 1 to 3 Pokémon at a time.

Name: Zeo
Pokemon: Eevee
Tribe: Umbreon Tribe
Position: Tribe Novice

Personality: Zeo is a young Eevee who has the strange ability to sense feelings of other Eeveelutions. He, because of this ability, has a soft personality and believes that all people are good at heart, and prefers to end things without conflict. If he needs to fight, however, he fights with full will and is a strong battler. He is not always on-track of situations he deems unimportant, so he seems to disappear a lot.

Historical Background: Young Zeo was found outside the Tower of Kratos by a caring Umbreon named Shara, shortly after an explosion in the area near the Tower of Babel. He had no recollection of time before that, and only remembered his name. He was raised by Shara, who tught him that despite their appearance and type, the Umbreon are just as caring as any other tribe. He was found wearing an everstone on his neck like a necklace. Zeo made many friends, mostly Eevees themselves, most notably an Eevee named Kysha. He grew up helping many people out of emotional problems with his ability, though it came out spontaneously. He is currently living with Shara, who he loves like a mother.

Special Characteristics(really wanna include this): Ability to sense other's feelings, kinda like Extra Sensory Empathy. Wears an Everstone on his neck. Has snow blue tipped ears, and a black tipped tail.

SMM: Neo Burst
Description: A special attack in which Zeo focuses his ability into energy and releases a beam of it towards the foe. This attack is Strong, but will wear Zeo down if used too much, usally if used more than 7 times in 5 minutes. This leaves him vulnerable. May cause paralysis, burn, freezing, or attraction.

SMM: ESE Field
Description: Zeo generates a spherical field of energy that slows down attacks greatly and calms the foe so that Zeo can remove dark emotions. If used strongly enough, it may simultaneously erase dark feelings.

Pokemon: Espeon

Position: Head
Personality: Rather precise, he enjoys his powers and keeps his tower very dark even though being a psychic pokémon. He keeps it dark to train his skills.
Historical Background: Abandoned at sea by his trainer as an Eevee, he was left with a dingy and some food. He eventually evolved from making the time happy while lost at sea. With his new powers he lifted himself into the air and landed on an island Eeveetopia.

SMM Name: Psymon Says
SMM Description: Psy briefly takes control of the other Pokémon's body, he can do anything to it, after leaving the others body the attacked will faint instantly. Psy will be left extremely weak and crippled for a few hours though.

SMM Name: Psyporlosion
SMM Description: Psy slow time around him briefly and self-destructs the explosion begins to expand, but Psy instantaneously teleports away. Instantly knocks out Psy. A fail-safe escape option.

Position:Head
Personality:Cunning, Intelligent, Can Easily manipulate people, yet compassionate. She is very loyal, but no one gains her trust easily. She is very brave, but she sometimes gets reckless. She is very skilled in combat.
Historical Background: Abandoned as an Eevee, she grew fierce and very competitive. She came across the towers and decided to make her home there with the tribe and quickly rose in power. She is the daughter of an Umbreon (mother)and a Espeon (father).
Moves:Shadow Ball (in game move)
Shadow Force(in game move)

Shadow aura: She gives a vicious battle cry, enveloping the user in a dark aura. The user then charges the foe at full force.

Shadow curl: Shadowflame envelops herself in a dark aura and curls up in a ball, concentrating the aura to prevents all effects of attacks
