First of all hi! Second I'm sorry if this has been on here before,

Can you actually find Eevee in trophy gardens? Because I tried talking to the owner (I heard that he says what kind of pokemon are there) and he dosen't say that any type of pokemon is in the gardens. I really want an eevee, and I don't want to wait till I get the national pokedex.

Sorry... either you get someone who has an Eevee to trade with you over WiFi, or you're stuck without one until you get the National Dex. Or you cheat.

In any case, waiting is worth it. You can get a free Eevee from Bebe at Hearthome City. What I always do when it's time to get a free Eevee is save in front of the giver and restart whenever it's not a female. For Diamond, I got lucky and got a female on the first try... either way, that way you can just breed a lot of them.

And there's always the Mr. Backlot option. What I like about Backlot is that the Pokemon generated in the Trophy Garden is decided only when you talk to the guy, so you can save in front of him and restart over and over until you get what you want. Of course, the problem then is that Eevee are frustratingly rare. Yesterday, I found only two Eevee, as opposed to four Meowth stacked from the previous day.

I've tried talking to him, he never says what kind of pokemon are there.

U have to have the National Dex

I'm feeling generous, so if you want one I just can give you one...

First off, don't double post. Second, i have a riolu. I can get more riolu. I want to trade nightcat eevee because nightcat seems like a nice person, and you seem like a noob.

Thanks for the offer, but I just beat the pokemon league last night and I'm close to seeing all the pokemon, and sadly I don't have wifi, but I might later in the week, if my old cpu can handle it.

First time I talked to him, Eevee was the one he rattled off. Though they are rare (aaa, that expedition sucked), I found four in one day, and three pretty much in a row. But I didn't talk to Backlot the next day and still snooped around the Garden. ...Found two more Eevee, and blessed be, one was female.

^_^; And this was all without knowing you could get one from Bebe. SHE'S BETTER THAN YOU, BILL!

I just traded my Eevee over from Leafgreen and bred it with a Ditto until I got the whole set. Much easier.

For everyone who says that Eevee is really rare in Backlot's Garden, why not use the pokeradar? That way, even though it might take you a while to find the elusive Eevee, you can just start chaining them and then encounter Eevee after Eevee after Eevee. And of course if your chain is long enough, you might even get a shiny Eevee. ;)

If I recall, Bill gives you an Eevee in G/S/C too, and it's even before halfway through Johto.
Yeah, but it took him three years to realize he should do that instead of just flashing pictures of them. *was thinking of R/B, obviously* It's like, "Those're awesome! Gimme nao! ...Wait, you can't find them? D8 Wellthenwhereisit?!"

o_o You say that as if it wasn't just as time consuming, if not more frustrating. *chained in the garden for hours; only found an eevee that broke the current chain* And even when you follow the directions perfectly (including preventative measures), chains can still break, and then it's just Grrr-inducing.

Well, it is time consuming....but once you find an Eevee, it's not so hard. I chained 11 Eevee's one time. I know that's not a lot, but I would have been more enthusiastic about it if I didn't already have all of the Eevee evolutions. If someone was looking to quickly catch 7 Eevee in a row so they could evolve them for the pokedex data, then Pokeradar is definately the way to go.

One day I will get shiny Eevee. One day. T_T

How do you breed with dittos? I've tried but it said they didn't like each other much and I just took them out, should I have just left them? Will they still have eggs? The pokemon I tried was female.
