Eeveelution Origins

I know there are a lot of threads dedicated to the Eeveelutions, but I'd like to analyze each and every one of the Eevees. Hopefully then we can get a definition answer on origins.

I will analyze each of the Eeveelutions. The obvious ones I will not do because it is already pretty obvious. Some will be my own opinion, so please don't harsh on me. However, you're welcome to state your own opinions.
Each Eeveelution has a feline muzzle and a feline-ish body. They all have rabbit like ears.
Eevee
My Opinion: Fennec Fox cub
Cry- Fox???
Fur-Fennec fox
Tail- Fox
Result-97% Fennec fox cub, 3% feline (muzzle)
Comments:

Vaporeon is a Merlion or a literal catfish.
Jolteon is a dog (perhaps a sheepdog?).
Flareon is a Pomeranian dog mixed with a fox.
Espeon is a Nekomata .

Umbreon
My opinion: Black cat, black fox, moon rabbit
Cry-???? Doesn't really sound like anything.
Fur-Black cat/black fox
Tail- Fox
Result- 45% black cat, 45% black fox 10% moon rabbit

Leafeon
My opinion: Feral Siamese cat
Cry- Feline (sounds like a preow like sound which could be a mreow)
Fur- Siamese cat
Tail-Feline
Result- 65% Siamese cat, 35% red fox
Comments: When I think of Leafeon, I think of feral Siamese cats in the woods. However, I also do think of red foxes and sometimes Leafeon looks a bit more vulpine to me.

Glaceon
My opinion: Arctic fox mixed with a white cat with blue eyes
Cry- Fox
Fur: Arctic fox
Tail- Feline/Vulpine
Result: 55% Arctic fox, 45% white cat with blue eyes
Comments: Glaceon is obviously an arctic fox due to habitat, but the arctic fox has much more bushy fur than Glaceon. That's why I can't help thinking of a white cat with blue eyes, especially for Shiny form.

Sylveon
My opinion: I really don't know. It's a mix of everything.
Cry- Fox/Cat
Fur- Maybe Siamese cat??? I don't know.
Tail- Canine
Result: 55% vulpine, 35% feline, 5% canine, 5% rabbit (ears)
Comments: Oh Sylveon, you're such an enigma. However, Sylveon's legs look a lot thinner and longer than the other Eeveelutions, so that's more vulpine to me.
