Contest Eeveelutions vs Rotom Formes

Hey guys another vs thread, This one pitting All the Eeveelutions against the rotom forms, both have similar bsts and tend to have shallow movepools but theirs no denying that some of the pokemon on each side are very dangorouse. Of the rotom forms, rotom-wash sees the most use, either as a defensive poke or a offensive scarfer/wall crippler, Umbreon, espeon and jolteon see the most use of the eeveelutions, as defensive, support and offensive respectively. None of either sides forms are inherently better than the others but in your opinion which of each sides pokemon do you prefer, which have the best design, which are better competetivly, and, overall which side do you like more?
