...Whats a good way to level up your Pokemon, while getting the right EVs? I've got at least 10 low levels with egg moves or right natures/move sets that I'd like to use. Ugh. Please no Action Replay rare candy responses. -.-

Most of my EV trained Pokemon are sweepers, so here are my personal favs:

Attack - Lake Valor (Fish here with a Super Rod and the ONLY Pokemon that appear are Seakings and Gyarados, which give away 2 EVs each.)

Special Attack - Resort Area (Surf here in the ponds and the ONLY Pokemon that appear are Golducks, which give away 2 EVs.)

Speed - Victory Road (Surf in the ponds in the bottom level here and the ONLY Pokemon that appear are Golbats, which give away 2 EVs.)

Remember to use a Sweet Scenter for the latter two to save time! :3

If you don't care about EV train.. This is what I do..

1. Attach a Lucky egg to the first Pokemon (You wanted to train).
2. Get a Pokemon you are confident that can win all Pokemon from Resort Area to Stark Mountain (Preferably Water and Grass)
3. Then use Vs.Seeker when you can see trainers.. Otherwise just keep battle in the grassy area.
4. Switch out to the second pokemon when you battle.

Thanks guys. : D I'm currently getting Defense EV's for mah Leafeon, victory Cave is awesome for it. Rhydons, Rhyhorns, Steelixes, Onixes and stuff.

Quote: Mariner: "sweepers? You'll have to forgive me, I'm a bit of a n00b." Sweepers are pokemon that are supposed to take out as much Pokemon as possible.

I normally just attach the power item for the stat I want to train and then fight against Bidoof and Starly in the first route, provided that the Pokemon needs speed or hp evs (most do for me). That way, the Poke can start training straight away, no need for Exp Share as the foe are level 2 - 4 iirc. They are still pretty low level after EV training, so when it's done I just do three or four E4 runs with the Exp Share. After that they can normally participate in the E4 challenge and that's easy experience.

As with any pokemon raising it to level 100 takes months and months of non stop training

1.Give said pokemon an experience share

2.put your strongest one first

3.go to an area(The Battleground is a good one)

4.Watch and you'll see said Poke level up faster than you'd think

I found these trainers in the up most point in the desert.

Ace trainer
Ambipom-2atkEVs
Chansey-2hpEVs
Rapidash-2spdEVs

Black belt
(I vs seekered him and his pokemon evolved!)
Before evolve:
Mankey-1atkEV
Makuhita-1hpEV
Hariyama-2hpEVs

After evolve:
2 Hariyama-2hpEVs each
Primeape-2atkEVs

Also:
The bodies of water in the desert only have poliwhirl(2spdEVs) and the less common poliwag(1spd)

I normally get all the EV training out of the way first, using:
Bidoof for HP
Shinx for attack
Onix/Geodude for defence
Gastly for Sp. Att
Tentacool for Sp. Def
Magikarp for Speed

With Pokérus and the correct Power item, you get 10 EVs per battle against those, so it's easy to keep track of; after using the vitamins to get up to 100 EVs as necessary, of course.

For actual levelling up I go with VS seeking trainers using an Exp. Share on my to-be-levelled Pokémon. I don't know where the most efficient place is, though if I'm strapped for cash I'll use the Socialite and Gentleman near the mansion house with an Amulet Coin on my Staraptor, who can one hit kill all of their Pokémon. Other than that, I've been trying the two trainers immediately up from the Resort Area...

Best ways I found is stomping the E4 over and over again or abusing the Day Care thing with the bike.

Trying to get the maximum EXP while EV training at the same time is not fesaible, it's best to EV train first and then concentrate on EXP.

Unless you play like half an hour in one day, no, it does not take months. It's pretty easy to level one Pokémon to Lv.100 in under one week, even if it is in one of those higher max. EXP classes.

I don't see any reason to go for EVs and EXP at the same time. If you concentrate on your DS, you can do the EV training within an hour, and after you've dealt with that, you can freely get the levels wherever you want to. It helps to have a Lucky Egg.

Btw, at least for me spamming VS. Seeker on the three trainers west to Fight Area (don't know if those three all want rematches in DP) is far faster than going through E4.

E: For EV training really low-level ones, just make them hold the EXP. Share and make another Pokémon battle for the EVs. It takes a bit longer this way, because you can't then give the low-level one a Power item.

In third gen, trading a Pokemon to Colosseum/XD and repeating the last 10 stages of Battle Mountain does wonders for exp.

In fourth gen, as some people have said, just use vs seeker around the fight area and stark mountain.

However, you're just prolonging things if you're trying to get EVs while attaining experience. Get EVs by sweeping low level Pokemon with your power item and then concentrate on gaining levels.

While that's a good idea it doesn't always work cause there will be times when using it that they aren't interested in battling at the time you use it the battleground is a far better choice as the challenge of that never ends

You see, then I'll ride the Bicycle on the faster gear horizontally for a couple seconds (VS. Seeker is all about steps), and try again. Rinse and repeat.
Battleground has only a few trainers a day, so that's a very slow spot to train.
