I no longer need my Electabuzz but I put alot of Effort into raising him
Level 40
He has an Adamant nature
252 Ev's in Attack and Speed
and a 31 Iv in Attack I dont know the rest of his Iv's though
He knows Cross Chop, Iron Tail, Thunder Punch and Discharge.
Let me know if anyone wants him
