Contest Electivire vs Magmortar

Electivire looks great and its design is a huge improvement over Electabuzz's. Magmortar, on other hand, is one of the few cross-generation evolutions introduced in Generation IV that I really dislike, the other being Probopass. I mean, Magmar looks great, but then it evolves into a overweight weirdo with an even weirder color scheme. Why.
 
1. Electivire. He is faster and can learn Earthquake.
2. Electivire. He is cool looking while Magmortar looks OK.
3. Electivire. He is awesome.
 
Neither is all that great, but at least Electivire has a better colour scheme.
