Electrode Card

I actually signed up to receive some feedback about a card I have. It is a holographic electrode from the series made after the first series. It is normally non-holographic and labeled 21/102. However, mine is holographic with the bottom edge of the picture showing the original non-holographic rainbow strips. I was wondering how I could have this appraised if it is a fluke card.

Could you post any pictures by chance? From what you've described you have what appears to be a Base Set Electrode. Electrode (Base Set 21) - Bulbapedia, the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia Correct? There is no known holographic version of that card, nor have I ever heard of a holographic error version. It is most likely a fake if it is indeed that card. However, I cannot say for certain without seeing pictures/scans of the card.
