New to this forum, though I do have some past experiences with other forums. Might be a little rusty with how some of this works, since I took a long break from the internet a few years back and haven't used forums in a while.

Pokemon was one of my first game franchises, started around the middle of the 3rd generation (can't remember exactly which game was my first). I was the most dedicated to the series during the 4th generation and its many spin-off games, though had a franchise burnout in the 5th generation. Eventually got Pokemon Y at a time I wanted to re-visit the franchise, then I wasn't into Pokemon for many years until the Diamond / Pearl remakes. I'm still not very familiar with the 7th, 8th, and 9th generations yet.

A few years after the D/P remakes, I found my copy of Black 2 that remained unplayed since the original release, and decided to get back into Pokemon again starting with that game (where I found my 2nd random shiny - a Piloswine). After that, played Legends Arceus and had a lot more fun with it than I ever expected. Recently got Omega Ruby, Moon, and Ultra Sun to add into the collection while it was still possible to get them for a reasonable price. And now I found this forum, greatly looking forward to the excitement that Legends Z-A brings.

Beyond Pokemon, I'm also a fan of several Nintendo franchises like Fire Emblem, Xenoblade Chronicles, Legend of Zelda, and Kirby, in addition to other RPG series like Final Fantasy and some platformer games like Spyro the Dragon. I like a lot of different games, so I'll probably be around The Arcade a lot.

Glad to meet you! Welcome to the forums, I hope you have a great time here! :bulbaWave:

I'm a big Nintendo fan myself, with Pokemon and Zelda being my favorite franchises. I'm also a fan of several others, like Kirby and the Mario RPGs.

(extremely belated) welcome!! Great taste, PLA is an excellent game (and it's always terrific to see more FF and Xenoblade fans around here)! (awesome avatar as well; Alear my beloved)
I hope you're enjoying your time here; see ya around!! :enzap:
