I've just come across a problem on the wikis. I added my email address to the "preferences" page and then went to my email account immediately. However, clicking on the links in the confirmation emails just gave me this error message:

Invalid confirmation code. The code may have expired.

I got this on both Bulbapedia and Bulbanews.
 
Hmm.

Well... your code expires July 23, 2006 12:24:51PM. Clearly, the confirmation code you have been given is wrong, somehow. Please try again, and tell me your confirmation code if it still doesn't work.

Some of the new users have managed to authenticate their email addresses, so it's probably an intermittent bug.
 
It still doesn't work. I notice that the full link code doesn't show in the address bar if that is any help.

Ah, then that's the problem. You need to make sure it's all on one line, no spaces etc.

Anyway, your email address has been confirmed on both sites.
