have you had embarrassing moments when you played B/W? I only had 1. Here it is: When I got to the stairs leading to the champion's room for the first time, i got confused. Wanna know why? I thought the stairs to the champion was a WALL at first.
 
Spending many turns using Psychic on a Krookodile before remembering its part dark >.< In my defence I was watching T.v at the same time!
 
Got stuck in LENORA'S Gym, of all things. Okay so it was like 1 AM during that moment but still.

EDIT: Also getting owned by a Lv. 65 Lilligant when my Unfezant was Lv. 86. Got a little overconfident there.

Took me about 15 minutes before I realized I could turn the cannons in Skyla's gym. <.<
 
Realizing that you had to walk over the sand things in the Ancient Castle.
 
It took me half an hour to solve the puzzle in Brycen's gym. I forgot that those angling things were solid and I could use them to get to the switches.

THIS. I thought that you'd eventually get the power to go over them, but no, all you had to do was walk.

Also, getting so lost in Brycen's gym until I realized that the ground where you could walk on had arrows that practically gave the entire puzzle away... OTL
 
Thinking I can train my Munna i nthe desert against wild Scraggys before fighting the bug type gym leader Burgh since they were fighting type pokemon. Didn't know why her psychic moves weren't affecting him. Caught a Scraggy and the dex showed it was half dark half fighting. as quoted by Homer Simpson "DOH!"

Well, I knew about that part. I saw the TM for Shadow Ball. I was so close, but then I started to run, forgetting I was on the sand trap. ._.
 
I got owned by a Munna early on in my playthrough of Black.
 
Forgetting that having klutz as an ability means you can't use fling... and remembering it in the middle of a wifi battle. ._.

Wait... Which arrows!?

Anyway, I was filling up my Pokedex and spent - hi, Taio - a long, long time using False Swipe on a Sableye. GAH!

Also, when I realised that my sister, my LITTLE sister, had defeated Lenora before I had even obtained my first badge. Not to last - we defeated Burgh at nigh on the same moment, and then she couldn't get past Elesa until I was leveling to 70. Hah.

That you can go directly from route 8 to tubeline bridge.. o_O
I thought you should go trough the Moor to get to the bridge...
first time I made it, but the plasma grunts bolcked it and I've then managed to clear the relic castle... But then I forgot the way to the bridge, and searched the moor again..
a whole afternoon wasted
 
^ Its not considered to bad of a loss. Its moreso a "coin flip" as marriland calls it lol

My latest one was rushing the story mode avoiding those trainers in that desert castle area and ended up having to fight them off when trying to catch a Sigiliphy

The same thing happened to me, I thought there was some kind of error and the Gym was impossible...

Besides that, I haven't done anything really stupid in White, although if I rearrange the order of my Pokemon's moves I always seem to end up selecting the one wrong one by accident during a battle. And in my first Triple Battle, the system for which position to send out a new Pokemon really confused me; I actually started to wonder if the game had crashed.
