Which one do I buy? =( I'm afraid I'm going to buy an old, not updated version or something...
 
The second one is the real deal, all the rest are fakes. The first is a pretty fake though.
 
Well, at least one of them is a fake. I'm almost 100% sure the top one with the 3D Rayquaza is a fake.
 
The top one's definitely fake. The others all look pretty much the same, except for that foily stuff. If I recall correctly, the box on mine looked like the third one you posted, with the shiny silverish foil, and I'm pretty sure seen the second and fourth boxes in stores.

Are you planning on getting one from eBay? I think most of the ones on there should be the real thing.

No, I'm not getting one from eBay unless I can't find one at Walmart, or Target. I just looked it up on Target.com and it says there not selling it on the site, so it probably means that it's not for sale at the store either.. Oh, ok I found one on walmart.com, but there probably sold out (my Super Walmart is the biggest one in North America right now =(, terrible parking)
 
Kanto Ryder, I think Target would be pretty likely to have it, even though it's not listed on their website. The Target near me had a bunch of copies last time I was there, about 2 weeks ago. I think the website only keeps things in stock for a certain amount of time before taking it down, but the stores keep things out a lot longer.

If you can't find it at either Wal-Mart or Target, another thing you could try is looking it up on some game store websites. GameStop and EB Games both have a thing where you can check in-store availability for the store nearest you.

Yeah, me too. All of the Gem games have the shiny foil, far as I've seen.
 
Ok, I bought the game at Walmart (it looks like the 4th one). This lady at EB Games told me that most game stores remove most there GB Games after about 4 to 6 months... Also, I did check at target they are not selling it anymore... So yeah.
 
That's very interesting...as my local Target is still selling Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald. I guess it depends on demand for the product.
