Emerald Breeding help

Is it possible to breed a rattata with endure so i can evolve and level up a male and female so they have endure, endeavor, adn quick attack and breed them so i have a rattata with those three moves as egg moves?
 
you need to trade it to emerald and use move tutor to teach it endure. also you cant have a rattata with quick attack and endeavor as moves at lvl5. just train it
