Eminem vs. Jay-Z vs. 2Pac vs. Biggie vs. Kanye

As a pretty huge fan of hip-hop, I can't help myself but to compare my five favorite rappers in the industry. Who is your favorite?

My personal favorite is, without a doubt, Eminem. He's just a downright amazing lyricist and rapper. He isn't materialistic, just like almost every other rapper out there, and his lyrics actually have some sort of meaning to them.

I'll go with Eminem. I love most of his work, and while some of his stuff is hilarious, the serious music is touching

I always liked Eminem the best because his songs aren't all about the same stupid crap that most rappers are all about. His songs actually tell stories and can be meaningful. And I used to be a pretty big fan of his when I was younger.

Eminem, he's - IMA LET YOU FINISH, BUT KANYE WEST IS THE COOLEST GUY IN THE WHOLE WORLD, THE WHOLE WORLD.

No, Eminem. He's honestly one of the only rappers who I've ever genuinely liked listening to, and has a personality I like. And that only applies to two rappers.

I listened to most of his songs and liked some of them, even though I rarely listen to rap.
I only picked him 'cause there wasn't Busta Rhymes or Joe Budden in the poll.

Even though I don't like Rap much, I'd have to go with Jay-Z and Kanye. I don't really like Kanye's personality, but his songs are ok.

i grew up LOVING 2pac but as i got older i realised his messages were not aimed at me (14 year old white kid from england) so i grew out of rap but these days i can't fault Kanye West for making good tunes

IMO Nas is better than all of them but in mic skills -
Eminem and Jay are tied for best flow, Eminem is by far the best of these in wordplay, Eminem is tied with 2pac in storytelling, and in substance and emotion it's tie with Eminem Kanye and 2pac. All of these rappers are amazing but My personal favorite out of these choices is Jay-Z but there is no doubt Eminem is the best rapper here.
