Bright white clouds gently passed over a lazy Mistralton City on the first day of Summer Vacation. The blue sky was accented by the number of brightly-coloured flying type Pokemon naturally passing across the sky. The airport shone as the sun reflected its' light across it, although the heat outside was still pretty mild.
Cynthia watched the small plane land on one of the smaller runways, hands in pockets.
"Ah... So, we have the plane, now for the trainers..."
She said expectantly, looking towards the gates of the airport.

*ooc - i'll be in 1st person if that's OK with you Jakku.

I walked out of the plane and stared into the wide sea. "wow isn't that beautiful Bagon" I said as my newly hatched Bagon followed me walking outside the plane. I walked down the steps to meet the Sinnoh champion, Cynthia. "I'm pleased to meet you Cynthia, it feels weird to not see you on TV, but actually in person, wow."

OOC: The plane is there to go to Undella... Ah well, I'm gonna take it as meaning another plane nearby...

Cynthia turned.
"Oh, hi."
She smiled warmly.
She frowned for a second.
"You're... Wes! Of course, the up and coming co-ordinator and trainer! Welcome"
She said happily.

Miles's plane had flown in a couple hours earlier from Goldenrod and he had since been waiting in the Mistralton airport, reading a book. He looked up to see the long blonde hair of Cynthia blowing in a summer breeze, followed by another trainer who he didn't recognize. Standing up, he slung his bag around his shoulder and walked out of the Airport, putting his sunglasses on as the summer sun of Unova shone in his face. He walked up and stood next to the other trainer, waiting to introduce himself.

Cynthia turned.
"Oh hi! Are you here for me too?"
She asked Miles.

"I believe I am" he smiled. "My name's Miles, its nice to meet you" he said as he held out his hand.

Cynthia stuck her hand out, and started back by Miles' touch.
"Your hands are cold.."
She laughed.
"Sorry, I'm not good with the cold..."
Cynthia continued unabashed.
"Well, welcome aboard Miles! This is Wes, he's a co-ordinator and trainer."
She explained, gesturing to the already-arrived trainer.
"Wes, Miles got into the top four for Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh. I was watching, I should know."
Cynthia chuckled.

A Mightyena bounded towards the two, with a Trainer closely behind in pursuit. As the Pokemon approached Cynthia he stopped, giving the woman chasing him an impatient look.

"Good job, Lunaris," the woman said, out of breath from running. "For only meeting her once, you remember her scent well." Remembering who she was in the presence of, she directed her attention to Cynthia. "I'm Akinai. My team have been in town for a couple of days now after coming here from Sunyshore. Unova seems so different..."

Lunaris, his job done, directed his attention to the young Pokemon behind the second person.

Akinai looked at the two. "I know you from somewhere. Weren't you in Sinnoh?"

"Sorry about that, they had the AC on pretty high in the Airport, I didn't realize it was that cold" Miles said, a little surprised by the unformality of Cynthia. He then thought about it for a moment and realized that she was only a couple years olden than him, soemthing he failed to recognize earlier. He then turned and stood next to her as he watched a Mightyena lead another trainer there way.

Cynthia lost track of the conversation, crouching to Mightyena's head height.
"Wow... You're beautiful, aren't you..."
She whispered to the Pokemon.

"This must be it!" Haylie said, staring at the planes on the tarmac. After having walked all the way from Castelia City after her boat trip from Vermillion, Haylie was exhausted, but she soon spotted the unmistakable black attire and flowing blonde hair of the Sinnoh Champion Cynthia as well as a few other trainers she assumed would be her companions for this vacation.

"Oh, there's some Pokémon already outside of their balls," Haylie noted as she saw Cynthia playing with a Mightyena. "I guess I'll let one out." She fumbled around inside her bag for a Poké Ball before tossing it onto the ground to release her Pichu. She smiled at him before lifting the young Pokémon up into her arms and making her way over to Cynthia.

Cynthia finally turned away from the Mightyena.
She noticed the approaching trainer, realised she was still on her knees, and stood up.
"Welcome, both of you!"
She laughed.
"Sorry about playing with your Pokemon for so long Akinai, I just love that species."

David's plane had flown in hardly an hour before, and now he was sitting on a bench outside the terminal, recovering from jet lag, when he got an eyeful of the most beautiful blond hair he had ever seen, of that must belong to an angel. Walking over to the woman, he tapped on her shoulder and said, "'Scuse me miss, but did it hurt when you fell from heaven?"

A glimmer of light flashed as a large Garchomp left its' Pokeball by itself.
It loomed over David as Cynthia tried to calm it.
"Bad Garchomp! No!"

"No worries," Akinai said to Cynthia "Lunaris enjoys the attention."

Lunaris, sensing that Cynthia was done with him, focused on the Bagon once more. Before he could move any closer to it, a flash of white light made him jump in surprise.

Akinai, who had heard David's response, tried her best to hide her laughter from the over-protective Garchomp.

"Ahh children" Miles chuckled to himself in response to David's comment to Cynthia. He turned and looked towards the sun, feeling a little warm. "How many people are we expecting Cynthia?" he asked

David cowered in fear, as Blaziken was released from its Pokeball and began to growl at Garchomp, as to protect its trainer.

Tyler walked into the airport, where he was supposed to meet Cynthia. He had flown on Ace and Drago, his Braviary and Hydreigon to get here. As he walked into the terminal he saw a girl with long, flowing, blond, hair and a boy on with a Blaziken. He also saw that the Blaziken, was apparently not happy with the Garchomp standing next to the girl. He walked over. "Um, are you Cynthia?" he asked the girl.

Haylie barely had time to take a look around at her peers when she saw the commotion unfolding before her. "Maybe you should have stayed inside," she whispered to Pichu, but he giggled and toddled over to the two menacing Pokémon, where he proceeded to cuddle up against Blaziken's feathery leg.
