Information regarding the english version of the Pokemon White/Black 2 guidebooks has been posted on Amazon.com. As with the first release there is also a collector's edition, the only difference that appears in the collector's edition is an interview with Junichi Masuda. Both will be released on October 7th. Also neither mentions any sort of regional dex, which means they're probably saving it for the big national pokedex that will include the hidden abilities.
 
Oh great, another limited edition game guide. Here I go again, shelling out even more cash. Crud. =/

At least I know that the guides are coming. I'm not sure which one I'll pick up but I'm leaning towards the collector's edition; it would look nice next to my hardcover edition of the Black and White Guide. So yeah, probably that one.
 
Crud, I was hoping for a regional dex, because those were the fun parts of Pokemon strategy guides.

Nothing yet on when the Pokedex guide is coming out, like with the guide to Black and White it should come late the next month after the scenario guide is released. Although since it'll probably be a direct translations of Mediawork's version of the national pokedex, it may not come out till December. This is speculation of course and I hope I'm wrong.

Release date for of the Pokedex version is on November 20th and it's the National Pokedex that covers 600+ Pokemon at 688 pages. Hopefully it'll cover Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect. As well as all of the Hidden Abilities of the other Pokemon.
 
I'll be pre-ordering the collector's edition like before.
 
I wonder if B2W2's guides will integrate the full Pokédex guide? It's a long shot, though.

As for the release of a Pokédex guidebook, IMO this is partly covered by Pokédex 3D Pro already.

Volume 2 is listed as the National Pokedex, so it will cover all 649 Pokemon (plus their alternate forms) with a whopping 688 pages.

Both guides I have on order at my local book shop, although I'll be getting the regular version of the scenario guide this time instead of the Collector's Edition.
 
Ah, thanks for the clarification.
Guess it's keeping tradition.
