Click on the "Launch" button. It starts on the latest section uploaded, but a simple click will allow you to see each section.

The physical version will be released this week (presumably Wednesday) and, at 144 pages, will retail for $16.95 (USD). Very interesting interpretation of the actual report. It doesn't alter what actually happened, or present false data to move the story along, it just condenses the information to make it easier to read.
