The data itself is not subject to copyright protection, however - only the presentation. So, yes, while I (or any other contributor to the template) could make a complaint over mere appearance, it seems... extreme. Also... it seems likely that the site is simply not aware of the Bulbapedia origin - pocketmonsters.net also uses it.

What I'm more concerned about is the synopsis text - that is most definitely copyright-protected. I wonder if #pocketmonsters/bgtfamily knows about it.
 
Nevermind, the owner of the site wrote the sypnosis on #PM.
