Error japanese pocket monster

I have a Japanese Pocket Monster Card known as Dark Persian with a Psyduck in the evolution box. Would you consider this card a misprint or just a regular pokemon printed card?

While I'm no expert when it comes to cards (I collect them and use them occasionally but don't really research on them much), I'm 99.99% sure that is indeed a misprint. I fail to see how that'd be intentional in the slightest.

It's either a misprint or it's a fake. A lot of the fake cards get the evolved from boxes wrong, so that seems like a possibility. Do you have any Japanese cards from that period that you know are legitimate to compare it to in terms of thickness, glossiness, etc? I do know that some English copies were printed without HP, so I guess this is just a really unlucky card on the manufacturing line, haha. If it is real, it's probably worth something, as I can't find any indication on the Japanese side of the web that this was a documented issue. For comparison, here's a scan of a normal, non-Psyduck copy of the card, which looks basically identical:
