Errors they have made in the pokemon GAMES.

"I'm getting a doll for Copycat in Cerulean City."
"I saw your feat from the grass."
"Your Raichu evolved!"

They didn't make it very clear. Plus, you can't really see the bridge from the grass, can you?
 
Oh, it's kind of hard to tell with the overworld view.
Yeah, it was, but pretty much every error was.
