So far, I managed to understand the following: (and please correct me if I'm wrong on any of this, I'm totally new)

-For 1 Stat point boost, you need 4 EV points
-Macho Brace double EVs received
-Bibarel gives me 2 Attack EVs

Situation:
If I have a Larvitar heading my team, with a Macho brace attached to it, and I switch out to something else, does it get 4 points from battling a Bibarel? or 2 since they share?

I battled a couple of Staravia to get speed points, but I'm still just getting 1 point at the most after a level up
Is this normal?

My Larvitar is Adamant natured btw

I need some help, I don't want to mess up on this Larvitar

In the situation, the larvitar will get 4 EV and the other pokemon will get 2 EV

In that case, how much stat points should he get if he levels up with ONE battle with a Bibarel?

1 stat point, but you won't see full results until Level 100.

oh ok good, I was getting a bit scared because I wasn't getting anything. The biggest number increase was in the attack stat by 3

Another question, my Larvitar has a higher Spc. Defense than defense
is that normal as well?
I'm only battling Bibarel, Staravia and the occasional Tauros.

22 SD and 19 for Defense
and right now he's level 14

are those even good stats?

Bibarel gives attack EVs? I thought they gave HP. I could be wrong though.

You might want to look into using the power items obtained by the Battle Tower. I used those and EV training went MUCH faster as they add a flat 4 EVs instead of doubling 1 or 2 (so you'd get 6 from each Bibarel instead of 4). You just have to do a lot of Battle Tower to get them all.

The defense stats for Larvitar are basically the same. The difference is probably his IVs.
Bibarel does give attack, by the way.
But those power items are definitely the way to go. Once I heard about them, getting them was the number one thing on my to-do list, and they don't take that long to get. The multi-battle in battle tower is pretty easy.

and jsut on side note, whether u see the significant raise depends on ur larvitar'v lvl, if its at like lvl 50 u will see a huge increse for 1 lvl since it will need a lot of exp, but at lower lvls you wont, but everything comes back the same wen u get to lvl 100 anyways

I just read on another thread about IVs and the sayings on a Pokemon's info page.
The one I got has a good rating on Special Defense, which explains why it is higher than defense

I was under the impression that they were same. More of a reason to say that not all Pokemon are the same.

Sorry for double posting, but I have another question, how do we know when we're done EV training?

Go to the Sunnyshore Marketplace. If the woman at the bottom left gives you the Effort Ribbon, you're done EV training the Pokemon in the first slot.
