Just a heads up, swords dance and/or dragon dance are pretty pointless on a special sweeper, seeing as they raise your regular attack. Other than that, this team is way too incomplete for someone who could help (i.e. not me, I'm pretty new to the competitive battle scene as well).

We can probably figure out some basic EVs based on more complete movesets or descriptions of what role the Pokemon plays. But I'd want at least one of these to be completely done. Also, I'd like to see more held items.

Lead spiker: Skarmory
Moveset:
Spikes (or stealth rock)
Agility
(move suggestions xD)

Agility is not worth your time. Standard Skarmory carries Brave Bird, Roost, Spikes/Stealth Rock, Whirlwind. However, I don't think I'd use this as a lead. It's too easily shut down by Taunt, which is everywhere.

Special Sweeper: Gengar
Moveset:
Shadow Ball
Focus Blast
Hypnosis
(move suggestion xD)

I'd say definitely put T-Bolt on here for coverage, but if you're holding a Choice item, Trick might be a better choice.

Special Sweeper: Salamence
Moveset:
Fire Blast
Swords Dance (or D-Dance)

Using Salamence as a special sweeper just seems like a waste to me. It functions much better as a Dragon Dancer, where it would run something like Dragon Dance, Outrage, Earthquake, Fire Blast/Roost.

Wall: Shuckle
Moveset:
Toxic
Sandstorm
Rest
(move suggestion)

I understand why you put Sandstorm on here, but it's a bad idea. Taking a full turn to raise one defense only 1.5 times is just not worth it mathematically with all the heavy hitters running around. Especially since it wastes a moveslot. The only reason you would want it would be for residual damage, which will hurt you just as much as your opponent if you have to switch. In general, avoid weather unless your team is based around it. Also, Encore. I don't know why you would use a Shuckle without Encore.

Wall2: Milotic
Ice Beam
Surf
Aqua Ring
Hypnosis (or move suggestion or recover)

Aqua Ring isn't worth the moveslot based on how often you'll use it and how helpful it is. I'm a fan of Restalk Milotic myself. Surf/Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Rest, Sleep Talk.

Physical Sweeper: Scizor
Moveset:
X-scissor
Swords-Dance
Pursuit
Bullet Punch

X-Scissor is outclassed in every way by Bug Bite if you have HGSS. Also, U-Turn is ridiculously effective on Scizor, but should probably not be used on a SD set. If you decide you don't like this, you can go for a hit-and-run scout Scizor. Give it a Choice Band and replace Swords Dance with U-Turn and X-Scissor with Superpower. You might want to stick Superpower on there anyway.

Anyway, that's some basic advice. Give more items and moves and EVs will follow.

you have one day to post Ev's, natures or items or i lock it. we do not build teams here, we help them.

You still have to post the EV's. Maybe you don't know what EV's are so to help you out, you can learn some stuff from here and here
