This was reported by several users on sites like smogon, GFQs and /vp/, but it still needs 100% confirmation.

NOTE: this is NOT related to the breeding bug that makes the first Egg exactly the same every time you reset your game. People have hatched 70-90 consecutive Eggs without soft reseting and the result has always been the same (the nature passes 100% of the time).

How does this make you feel, fellow breeders?

Also, anyone's willing to do the test? I'd love to do this myself, but it's getting pretty late here, so I won't be able to check this until tomorrow.

If this is true, then it makes me ridiculously giddy. My first Masuda Method go-round left me with several great Golett hatchlings with wonderful stats and terrible Natures. This will certainly make a Masuda run a lot easier, to be sure. Even someone breeding for a Battle Subway killer could use this. I'm really hoping it's true.

I'd love to test this out but I'd have to wait until the game is released, which will be far too late. (By then I'm sure everyone will have this confirmed or not.) Seriously, this could make a second shiny Golett hunt interesting fast.

Probaly sure.ITS Gonna be true...I HOPE!

Suddenly breeding for the right nature and Hidden Ability isn't so bad. I mean, all the good eggs I've had to reject simply because they were the wrong nature.

Man, this makes things a lot easier. Though now I regret the agonizing hours I spent trying to get a good natured/Good IVed Multiscale Dragonite.

I can't tell you how much I pray this is true. Getting the correct nature for my Pokemon has caused me so much stress, I've often wished they were taken out of the game altogether, and the fact Everstones only passed on natures half the time just made things all the more frustrating. I want to be free of the pain.

Looks I may need to transfer my Volcarona, Reniculus, and Sigilyph to my BW2 copies since I have their right natures, and I can pass them onto their offsprings 100%.

Confirmed by Serebii.

Also, now a baby has a chance of inheriting its mother's ability 80% of the time instead of 60%.

Not quite. If the mother has one of her two normal abilities, the baby has a 80% or 20% chance of acquiring the mother's ability depending on the slot. In previous games, the chance was 50% like in the wild.

If the mother has a hidden ability, then the percentages are the same as they were in Black and White: 60% for the hidden ability and 20% for each of the normal abilities (40% if there is only one).

If the mother is female. If you're Ditto breeding, it's still the same result as it was in Black and White. That got my hopes up really quick....then smashed them in one fell swoop.

Slag it all, I wanted a way of breeding for Abilities as well! If I start another shiny Golett hunt, it'd be nice to not only have them with the Nature I want but my choice of Ability. (Klutz really sucks when you think about it.) Heck, it be great if genderless Pokemon could pass their DW Ability, but I don't see that happening anytime soon. =/
