ok i got some questions first if u delay a pokemons evolution long enough can it skip a stage or will it always go 2 then 3?

second if u dont evolve a pokemon all the way till level 100 and it evolves through leveling up can it still evolve?

1. Pokemon cannot skip stages. So, for example, a Caterpie cannot skip evolving into Metapod, it has to evolve into Metapod, then Butterfree.

2. No, if a Pokemon that can evolve does not evolve when it gets to level 100 it is unable to evolve. So again, if you have a Caterpie that grew to level 100, it cannot evolve into Butterfree since it can't grow anymore.
