The Event Begins on September 21st, 2008 and lasts until October 26th, 2008! A wapping 35 Day Spand!

The EWORLD Event is a Event for Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum(When it comes out) . During the duration of this event 35 Event Pokemon will be given out! Everyday during this event exactly one Event Pokemon will be given out. This event set is one that you would want! 35 Great Pokemon with different natures and moves. -XDTyler-

Including the fact there's no locations mentioned at all as well... they should probably release those at least a month in advance, otherwise you won't have any competitors (unless of course an Alakazam uses its psychic powers to inform everybody in the area that there's a contest happening now...)
