Infernos:

Hey Im Dj, and im here to teach U to make


INFERNOS!!!!



all jokin aside lol, so some basic things u need:

Paint, a Pokemon, and a Color Pallet.

lucky for u ill provide u with a pre made pallet:

obviously u can use this pallet lol y else would i provide it?



so to start. u might not want to use a large pokemon like Rayquaza. use small pokemon that dont have many lines when u first start. i used Pikachu:

ok to start. u need the top color, the red, to outline pikachu. use the eye dropper tool to chose the red. now use the pencil tool to trace the outline. also dont forget to do the eyes mouth etc. so when ur done it should look like this:

next thing u want to do is use the bucket fill tool. go down to the white in the preselected colors, and well select it. select the bucket fill tool, and white out everythin in the red like this:

i know i kept the cheeks but hey idc lol. anyways, once again, chose the eye dropper tool and chose the next color down, the darker orange. so now, with the pencil tool, draw in a layer inside the red. do this with the main body, the tail, and the arms and ear. the reason i say ear is cause his right ear in the sprite is at an angle, so it looks like its cut of lol. well im probably confusin u lol, so look at the next picture to get the idea:

so hopefully ur not confused, use the dropper tool(jeez we use that alot lol) to chose the lighter shade of orange and make another line inside the dark orange. also color the mouth and eyes too like this:

note the eyes though. u probably can do them anyway u feel looks good to u. its really a personal choice. any ways usin the eye dropper tool chose the darkest color yellow and make yet another layer inside the lighter orange(does anyone see the trend?) so that is looks like this:

ok now chose the middle yellow(im sure by this point that u know wat tools to use) and do the next layer:

and finally(if ur still with me lol) chose the last color and finish up:

so ur finished result is this:

NEONS!!!!!


lol anyways, so to do neons.... well its basically like infernos only outwards. and with colors from the pokemon.


ok to start... well like infernos use a simple pokemon. once again ill be usin pikachu. also when usin the Magnifyin glass, use 8x zoom like so:

ok now to get the pallet. the pallet will consist of the outline, then the darkest fill to the lightest fill like so:

so once u have that situated we move on to the next part. so wat u want to do is take the outline color and trace over the sprite so it will like like this:

once uve got that done, take the Darkest fill color and trace outside the one u just did like so:

ok now that uve got that, use the next color down(or next one as in the picture). and make another outline:

r u still with me? good. we r almost done. now take next 2 and make yet again another outline lol. so it should look like this:

now because the lightest color is usually so light that almost looks white. so now ull want to make the background a different color. ill make mine black. though choose wantever color u want.:

ok now for the last color. take the last color and make that final outline:

now save as .png.


hopefully it will look like this:
