EXP and shadow pokemon in Colosseum?

If you put EXP Share on a Shadow pokemon in Colosseum, does it still work normally, and will receiving EXP boost their happiness?

The EXP share works for all Pokemon, whether if they're Shadow or not. I used that method to train my Shadow Salamence.

And I don't think Experience affects Happiness.

Not experience, but leveling up.
