The equations for Fluctuating and Erratic seem to be a little off (Experience section of wiki) I did the formulas in comparison the the Azure Heights post with the data tables and I see some errors, mainly the last of the formulas for Fluctuating only applies to even numbers. I do not exactly understand the formula for Erratic (the one with "n mod 3" or something like that in it), but it only works a third of the time when I tried it. I might just not understand the Erratic formulas, but I know there is a problem with the Fluctuating one. Please look at this and correct it if necessary.
 
The mod 3 bit is exactly why it's only working one third of the time.
