I have researched the issue and not come up with a solution yet.
I have a 1TB External Segate USB hard disk and I would like to get my files of it as its important, but when I plug it in, all I get is "Disk cannot be accessed because of a I/O problem"
If I changed the external case to another one, would that solve the problem? Its a SATA and I tried taking it out of the case and putting it in my PC internally and just get "Starting Windows" and it just sits there. Is there anything I can do?
