anyone have an extreme amount one card for no reason?
ive got tons of Magnemite, but, i collect them. what im talking about is that i also have 16 base set Ponyta. i have no idea why. maybe 16 of one card is nothing compared to some of you other TCG nuts, but, im only a light collector, where did they all come from??
 
Hmmm... I have seven or eight of most Stormfront commons, but there's no one card in particular I have tons of.
 
When I was heavily into the TCG, I know I had at least two dozen or more of many if not most of the common cards from the original sets... a side effect of buying booster boxes.

Wow, if anything, I have an over abundance of cards from the TR set, namely I have almost 16 of every trainer. It became quite a problem when the cards began to break the seams on my album case. (I keep sets in numerical order and doubling up pouches I have doubles of.)

I think because I had so many, those would be the only cards I would throw around for fun. At least it solved my overcrowding problem. To this day I still find a random "Sleep!" or "Nightly Garbage Run"s lying randomly in piles of paper or under furniture at my house. :/

No, but seriously? I mostly collected the cards until recently, when I finally found someone to teach me to play. I've amassed a good collection, and it's found that I have a LOT of Pikachu cards from varying sets and in many styles.
 
I have at least a dozen Base Set Weedle. My Abra's are from Base Set and Team Rocket, but I have way too many of those.
 
I have about 10 base set ponyta
20 base set (or is it jungle?) weedle
And a ton of fire energies from base set
 
I was casting some old card away earlier out of my folder and managed to discard about 30 Zubat. They were getting too cocky cos they filled up a whole page in my folder.... They had to go, thought they owned the place!
