Faba's Fabulous Theory Corner: Who Created the Mega Evolution Universe?

Hello again, Pokémon fans! Once more, it is I, the great Faba, here to present you with another theory about the Pokémon universe. I should point out that this theory was left behind by Maniacal Engineer before he departed, and should in no way be taken seriously, because he is a pompous buffoon.
This theory revists the first topic that Maniacal Engineer covered in his very first Crackpot Theory thread, who created the Mega Evolution Universe?
The answer is simple, according to Maniacal Engineer, Maniacal Engineer created the Mega Evolution Universe.
While this is absolute and utter nonsense, I shall provide you all with the meager evidence that Maniacal Engineer uses to "prove" his "theory."
The initials for Maniacal Engineer are M.E. The initials for Mega Evolution are also M.E.
In his critically acclaimed mafia game It's All About ME Mafia, Maniacal Engineer managed to accidentally split himself into ten different personalities, all part of his whole self. Each one had the initials M.E.
It is his signature style to place his initials in everything he is involved in, as a symbol of his massively egotistical nature. As such, Mega Evolution, the main mechanic that differentiates the "normal" universe from the universe of XY, ORAS, and Sun & Moon, was his doing, since it has his initials.
While this theory is patently ridiculous, hopefully it provided you some modicum of entertainment, as otherwise it wouldn't be worth the letters it was written with. As it is, I've wasted enough of both my own precious time and your time with this idiocy.
Although it is hardly worthwhile, here are some questions to consider to get conversation rolling. You don't have to answer all of them or any of them in your post as long as you're staying on topic and within global forum rules.

On behalf of the Aether FUNdation, as its Assistant Branch Chief, I would like to thank the Branch Chief for disproving the above theory. Our Branch Chief Faba might have a bit too much of an... ego which sometimes hinders his ability as a researcher, yet unlike that Maniacal Engineer person I do not know, he believes less that his theories are correct even though there might not be enough evidence supporting them.

To prove said point I will reply to the questions he asked:

Because I don't even know who Maniacal Engineer is!

Because all we have is some unknown Maniacal Engineer's word for it.

Cyrus created the Mega Evolution universe, we all know that.
Why does all of the evidence disprove this theory?
Because there is no evidence supporting it.
Why is Faba a better theory crafter than Maniacal Engineer?
Because even Faba with his huge ego never claimed to create the world.
Why is Maniacal Engineer an egotistical buffoon?
Because he claims he created the world.
Why should Maniacal Engineer never write anymore theories?
Because they're incorrect.

I've done my research and it seems that the inhabitants of this certain "War Room" have spoiled ME with liking and using ME puns too much.

I do however wonder how Misses Wicke believes that this ME has created our world however, I have yet to find anything in the books on the lower... In the books I've read.
