I have the Sinnoh starters infected with Pokerus who are either freshly evolved or below 30 (well, granted I evolved the Grotle the fast way since it doesn't learn a new move at 18, but let's just say it's more or less fresh). While I leveled them up by hand, none of them were infected until they were about to evolve, so they shouldn't be too far up as far as EVs are concerned.

Besides those, I also have a Wartortle that was leveled up just about instantly. If it hasn't gotten Pokerus yet, I can infect it for you. Do you have anything you haven't listed so far?
