It's good, I would like to see more.
It isn't proffesional or anything, but it is great for your first one!

For your 1st scratch sprite, it's pretty damn good. I can see you know your shading and that makes it look a whole lot better. What you have to aim for now is getting a 3/4 perspective on sprites, so that in a battle it looks as if they're facing your pokemon. Normal sprites don't look head on. to get a better idea look at some sprites and try to copy and learn from the way they're facing, and you'll get better in no time ;)

thanks alot im working a a new one as we speak!

No problem man, I'm looking forward to see how this next one turns out ^^

The scratching aspect of the first one is superb for a first try, the only real problem is the shading:

There seem to be 3 different light sources in the sprite. Don't shade to match the way the line is going, pick one light source and stick with it, so it looks more like this:

That was just a quick example of how you can use drawn in arrows to remind yourself of where the light will come from and how you should highlight your sprite.

Nonetheless, it's still a very good sprite. :)

That's a nice Baltoy evo, and I see you tried to get it to face slightly to the right (it's right)and soon you'll probably get the hang of it. A visible flaw, although. Shading. look at both hands and the grey stone thingy on it's forehead. the shading is all wrong. Judging from the main body of the fakemon, the light is coming from (our) top left, so try that arrow thing BB mentioned and try to see what you did wrong.

Keep on working at it, and you'll become awesome in no time! ;)

The nail has been hit on the head.
