Oh how awkward it is to join new forums ;____;. All of the inside jokes I miss, the awkwardness of posting, the introduction.
I used to go by the name Pengin-san around the internets, but I just can't stop associating that name with weeaboos. I've gone by that name for four years, but I made it when I was a weeaboo. I wanted Rin, since that is a common nickname of mine, but Riiko is good too.
I used to belong to PokeCommunity way back in the day. And I mean way back. I was... eleven? So, 2005 maybe? I can't even remember. I've been playing Pokemon since it first came out when I was like... five. It's only now that I'm actually starting to develop strategies and the like. I have never actually battled competitively, except once against a friend. I won, but that's because he sucked. If I even tried now, people would laugh at my team. I don't want to call myself a newbie to Pokemon, but rather a newbie to competitive battling.
Anyway, I ramble too much. My favorite Pokemon is Camerupt. Don't question why, I just love the thing. I use him too, despite how much people say he sucks.
So hopefully I can remain active and become a member on this forum. This place looked like a good place to get team advice without being laughed at, hopefully. I tried Serebii a long time ago, but no one even replied besides, "you're weak against flying".
