Given the characters that are canonly related like Janine and Koga, Roark and Bryon, Palmer and Barry, Norman and May/Brendan, Lance and Clair, and Giovanni and Sliver...I always thought that other predominant characters might also be related. For example:

Agatha:
Bertha - Sister (Kiku- and -tha theme naming.)
Karen - Granddaughter

Giovanni & Silver:
Ariana - Wife/Mother
Mars - Daughter/Sister
(Silver, Ariana, and Mars all have pretty much the same hair in various lengths.)

Flannery:
Blaine - Grandfather (The one not in the E4) or great uncle

Jasmine:
Norman - Father
May/Brendan - Younger sibling

Fantina:
Tucker - Brother

Lorelei:
Will - Cousin

Who are some of the characters that you always thought were related?

This new Contest star in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire, Lisia, could be related to Wallace and Winona as she almost seems to be a mixture of those two:
- She is very good at Contests (like Wallace)
- Her signature Pokémon is Altaria (like Winona)
- She has blue-ish turquoise hair and even this ... hair part that is formed like a Z (like Wallace)
- The colour scheme of her clothing is mainly blue and white (like Winona)
- Both Winona and Wallace like to fight in a gracile way if I remember correctly

She could probably be their daughter, but Wallace and Winona look too young to have a child who is already that old ...

I'm not seeing the simmilarities between Lisia and Winona other than having an Altaria. But she could still be Wallace's sister considering that her color scheme is pretty much the same as his gen III sprites minus the purple pants and dark blue hair.

I'm a sucker for this. Here are the ones from my fanfics. Note that these are all fanon:

Hilbert/Hilda - First cousins
Ariana/Silver - Mother/son
Morty/Ariana - Third cousins (related to Ariana on her dad's side)
Morty/Silver - Third cousins once removed
Morty/Valerie - Third cousins
Ariana/Mars - First cousins (related to Ariana on her mom's side)
Silver/Mars - First cousins once removed
Agatha/Karen - Grandmother/granddaughter
Agatha/Bertha - Sisters (Agatha being the older one and Bertha being the younger one)
Sabrina/Will - Siblings (Sabrina being the older one and Will being the younger one)
Siebold/Clemont - Uncle/nephew
Malva/Celosia - Stepsisters (Malva's father had married Celosia's mother four years prior to X and Y.)
Falkner/Lisia - Second cousins (Falkner's grandfather being the younger brother of Lisia and Winona's grandmother)
Falkner/Winona - Second cousins
Lisia/Wallace - First cousins (on Lisia's father's side)
Lisia/Winona - First cousins (Lisia's mother and Winona's mother being sisters)
Wattson/Volkner - Grandfather/grandson
Riley/Maylene - Uncle/niece (Riley being the half-brother of Maylene's father. I have Riley as looking like his mother while Maylene's father looks like his mother - the two share a father but not a mother.)
Whitney/Mira - Second cousins
Grimsley/Wikstrom - Second cousins

The player characters are alternate-universe versions of each other, kinda like the two Luigis in Super Mario Galaxy

I had always thought that Steven Stone and Joe (from Pokémon Battle Revolution) were related.

IMO Diantha might be Wally's aunt (Not the aunt mentioned in the games) or some other relative.
