While fast food seems to be popular nowadays, we all like to live life in the lap of luxury from time to time. So what's the most high-class restaurant you've ordered a meal from?
For me, it'd have to be the City Tavern in Philadelphia. Many of the nation's founding fathers, including George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, liked to eat there. Today, the restaurant still looks much like it did in the late 18th century, the staff dress in period clothing, and all of the recipes are as they were in the late 18th century. It's about $45 for a dinner, but I think it's worth it.
So what are the classiest eateries you have dined in?
