Fantastic Four: Animated Series Action Figures

Don't know if there are any toy collectors here, but the main reason I'm posting these is to show what the characters will look like in the upcoming series (since it would be idiotic to make figures that look NOTHING like their animated counterparts).

Fantastic Four: Animated Series Toys

Shows pics of the Dr. Doom, Human Torch, Thing, Hulk (huh?), Invisible Woman, Mr. Fantastic, Mole Man, a random Skrull, and two others that I can't identify (a robot and some...rock guy, looks kinda like the monster from the cover of FF #1).

Wow, the Human Torch looks like Xandir from Drawn Together.

I guess Dr. Doom looks alright. His face is just a weird shape, that's all.

So is the Thing going to have that big "4" spray-painted to his chest? TACKY.

Eh...I guess the new uniforms don't look all that bad.

This really looks like the Fantastic Four has been The Batman-ized. Which means there will be some people who love them, and others who will instantly hate them for being such horrible abominations.

When is this series coming out, anyway? And shouldn't it have been out like last summer, when the FF4 movie was out? DC doesn't seem to have a problem with the timing of their animated series, so why does Marvel always wait a year or two until they get the tie-in series out?

Actually, they didn't even announce this was being made until AFTER the movie (probably to see if anyone actually saw it, or if they were just going to pull it like they did the LAST FF movie). From what I remember, expect to see this...this summer. Wolverine and the X-Men debuts later this year (because...why release it around the time of X3?).
