Fantastic Four VS Transformers in 2007?

Well, the preliminary release date for Fantastic Four 2 has been revealed: July 4, 2007. This has been the release date for Transformers since sometime during the summer.

So do you think Fantastic Four will retain this release date? And if it does, who will win? Transformers or Fantastic Four? One's been released in theaters, so people will have a feel for what it will be like, but Transformers has a MASSIVE, albeit divided, fanbase...but this IS an untested path. So...what does everyone think?

Optimus Prime would raze Mr.Fantastic, and with minimal effort...mwahahahahaha. Meh, I'm going to go out on a fairly solid limb and say FF will win. Transformers lacks the...incumbency...if you will...that Fantastic Four will have, as FF has already been in theaters for a bout. To keep it concise...I think Fantastic Four's previous theatrical release will give it the edge, but I'm really only scanning the surface for now, and could very well be convinced of otherwise.

Wtf are you talking about.. Is it 2 seperate movies or one combined.. Becasue Transformers was made not by Marvel But just another Indy comic. I hope you were meaning two seperate movies.. if your not then we got some probelms going on!

Actually, the right to make a Transformers comic was originally given to Marvel, but was ditched due to lagging sales. It was later picked up by Dreamwave who held it until they went bankrupt. It's now held by IDW.

And it's two separate movies coming out on the same day. Both have huge followings and heavy comic ties.
