Fastest Pokemon

I am new to these forums. There has been something I have been wondering about; there are some simularities between the games and the anime. But there are also differences. In the games, Deoxys-S is the fastest Pokemon, but who do you think is truly the fastest? The Pokedex says that Infernape will not lose to anyone when it come to speed. I would like to believe that because Infernape is one of my favorite Pokemon. I enjoy playing the games but a base speed of 108 seems to low for Infernape. Infernape was pretty fast in The Rise of Darkrai. Lucario seems to move pretty quick, which is why I think they should of made him faster in the games. What Pokemon stats do you not agree with?
 
I thought the Arcanine was super fast, maybe because of ExtremeSpeed...

anyways, I don't at all agree on Deoxys-S being the fastest from the Movies/Anime....
 
Shove a Floatzel under the shower, then it's the fastest!
 
i always thought either Deoxys or Arcanine where fastest
 
Based on what was said in anime, probably rapidash, it was super speedy when Ash was on the ponyta when it evolved to Rapidash in the Flame Pok-ath-alon episode. But given how far a dragionite could fly in a short time, it could probably be the fasest.
 
How about Ninjask?

wow about Ninjask. It does have the highest speed stat in the game, so I guess it could be the fastest. But I don't think there is one fastest pokemon of all, but a few:

Dex Enteries:

Dragonite: Emerald: "It can circle the globe in just 16 hours. It is a kindhearted Pokémon that leads lost and foundering ships in a storm to the safety of land"

Rapidash: Ruby: "Rapidash usually can be seen casually cantering in the fields and plains. However, when this Pokémon turns serious, its fiery manes flare and blaze as it gallops its way up to 150 mph."

Gold: "At full gallop, its four hooves barely touch the ground because it moves so incredibly fast"

Garchomp: Diamond: "When it folds up its body and extends its wings, it looks like a jet plane. It flies at sonic speed"
