Uh, I'll go with Jessie. I don't care about the others at all, so she's the only one who interests me in the slightest. If there was anybody else whom I found interesting, then they obviously weren't interesting enough to remember.

So far, two of my favorite villains haven't really been villains at all. Jirarudan from Revelation Lugia and Butler from the Jirachi movie fit that description. Each has a clearly identifiable goal and the means to achieve said goal. Both manage to somehow upset the balance of nature in the course of trying to achieve their goals; I think that's what I noticed: their lack of conscience, if you want to call it that, or their ignorance as to the consequences of their actions.

As far as Team Rocket villains go, Bishasu is probably one of the baddest, with Domino right behind.

There's not much to misunderstand from the title: "fave bad guy girl." I picked a couple of villains from the movies and one from the anime (Domino). I don't think I misunderstood anything.

I think r-x4 meant "bad-guy girl." The choice of wording could definitely have been better (e.g., female villain, bad girl, darkside dame, etc.), but it should have been somewhat clearer with the people listed.

There is no female "Bishou." There's the male Bashou or the (from what I've seen, possibly) female Hun.

Well...I liked Sabrina when she was heartless, but I'm not sure if that really counts.

I guess I'd have to pick Domino, then, even though I don't care much for her. I always love seeing halfway competent Rockets (even if she was defeated by a mop bucket).
