In Borrowing on Bad Faith, James mentioned Jessie using Carnivine is like lighting a match to fire.

I dunno if you'd understand, but its like they're speaking to me with that.
 
My favourtie Team Rocket moments is when they break the fourth wall. I like when they said "Let's look for some Diamonds and Pearls" and Meowth said "That's a good name for a game!!!" or when Meowth said "Oh no my nose fell off!!! The stink dissolved it off my face!!! Oh yeah I almost forgot the cartoonish never gave me a nose!" lol
 
Are you talking memorable altogether, or funny? And does it have to be Rocket, or could it be focusing on a single character?
The most emotional thing I can think of is Meowth's origin episode, Go West Young Meowth. I feel connected to him.
There's no doubt in my mind what the funniest thing is. Dues and Don'ts, the episode with the Delibird. Their "democratic" way of voting who's fault their screw-ups are. Everyone votes for everyone but themselves, and they all four end up in a fight and on the ground panting, and Meowth quips, "If dis is da democratic way, I'm votin' Republican..."
Best running joke? Wobbuffet.
Favorite quote? I guess from "Hassle in the Castle", the motto started, "To stop all this annoying chafing and itching..." "It might even stop some of Jessie's... complaining!"
And, of course, whenever I need cheering up, Maemuki Roketto-Dan always makes me feel better.
 
I laughed so hard after James said "I'm not a fruit, no matter what anyone else says" or something like that (when Carnivine chomps him).

My favorite moments, on the other hand, are whenever TR has to be heroes, either to advance the plot (see Pokemon 2000 or 3) or because some idiot thinks they are heroes.
 
when I saw the Japanese version of the Jouto filler with Nokocchi, I was laughing my fucking head off at the scene where they're running around trying to grab the Nokocchi, which continually pop up to say "Kocchi, kocchi!" (Japanese word-play... the fact that Sounansu's thrown in at one point is the icing on the cake XD). Maybe I'll upload the clip when I feel like it.

XD Teach the kiddies while they're young I suppose. There are tons of funny moments with Team Rocket so I can't remember them all.
