So what is your favorite book you have ever read? I persoonally liked Drowning Anna or the Princess Diaries Series.

It's hard to choose just one. My top ten list would include the Bible, Gone With the Wind, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Misty of Chincoteague, and Jaws.

I can never pick just one. I, Jedi was really good. The Darkness is Rising series was amazing as a kid, and is EASILY the most unforgettable series I have EVER read. And I'm sure there are other great books I've read...they just don't come as readily to mind, and apparently aren't my favorites.

Agreed with Barb, but if I had to pick just one, A Tale of Two Cities. Sidney Carton is so awesome.

Oh, wow. I've read so many.... Harry Potter 4's still an excellent re-read for me, I suppose. And The Hobbit is always a classic.

"Phantom" by Susan Kay. Except when it gets all fluffy and dumb with the Counterpoint.

"The Mozart Season", by Virginia Euwer. It's not the historical novel it sounds like. It's a modern story, and it all moves so slowly and so delicately that it's hard not to cry at some point or another. The most honest, tender book I've ever read. A teacher suggested it when I was twelve.

I'd say Holes. For some reason, a long story with lots of backstory, characters and an interesting adventure draws me in. I still even read it sometimes!
I know I love the entire Baby-Sitters Club series and especially how much information wikipedia has on it.
Other than that, there are way too many to mention.
